Events Cancellation Policy

Registration Guidelines and Refund Policy

  1. Payment Requirement Payment via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) is mandatory at registration.
  2. No Refunds Registrations, once cancelled or not attended, are non-refundable.
  3. Transfer Option Registrations can be transferred to another person by contacting AAC Executive Assistant, Jennifer MacIsaac, at info@aac.ab.ca.
  4. Cancellation by AAC In the event that a session is cancelled by AAC, a full refund of the registration fee will be offered.
